THE THREE‑STAGE COVENANT PATTERN ACROSS SCRIPTURE

(Daniel • Matthew 13 • Matthew 24–25 • Hebrews 10 • Revelation 11–14)

1. WOE ONE — THE FIRE BEGINS (The 1260)

Daniel

  • The sacrifice ceases (Dan 12:7; Heb 10:26).
  • This marks the beginning of the second 1260.
  • Judgment begins, but no separation occurs yet.

Matthew 13

  • Wheat and tares still grow together.
  • No uprooting is allowed.
  • The fire is present, but the harvest has not begun.

Matthew 24–25

  • The goats enter the fire prepared (Matt 25:41).
  • But the sheep and goats are not yet separated.
  • The fire is internal, disciplinary, not yet public.

Hebrews 10

  • Willful sin causes the sacrifice to cease.
  • A “fearful expectation of fire” begins (Heb 10:27).
  • This is the internal judgment phase.

Revelation 11–14

  • The first woe (Rev 9:1–12) corresponds to torment without death.
  • Judgment begins, but repentance is still possible.
  • This matches the fire‑but‑no‑separation phase.

2. WOE TWO — THE DESOLATION (The 1290–1335)

Daniel

  • At Day 1290, the abomination is set up (Dan 12:11).
  • The delusion becomes public doctrine.
  • This is the beginning of desolation.

Matthew 13

  • The harvest begins.
  • The angels separate the wheat and tares.
  • This is the moment of division.

Matthew 24–25

  • Jesus says “flee” when the abomination becomes visible (Matt 24:15–16).
  • The sheep and goats are separated (Matt 25:32–33).
  • This is the 1290 moment.

Hebrews 10

  • The person enters the “severe punishment” phase (Heb 10:29).
  • The hardened state becomes visible.
  • The community must withdraw.

Revelation 11–14

  • Revelation 11:13 — people “give glory to God” after judgment.
  • This is repentance after desolation begins.
  • Revelation 14:14–16 — the grain harvest (wheat/tares separation).
  • Revelation 14:17–20 — the grape harvest (wrath/desolation).

This is the 1290–1335 window.

3. WOE THREE — FINAL UNBELIEF (The Hardened State)

Daniel

  • After desolation runs its course, the person reaches the cut‑off state.
  • This is the final covenantal woe.

Matthew 13

Matthew 24–25

  • The goats are sent into everlasting punishment (Matt 25:46).
  • This is the irreversible state.

Hebrews 10

  • “No more sacrifice for sins remains.”
  • The person is fully hardened.

Revelation 11–14

  • After the harvest scenes, the winepress of wrath is complete.
  • No repentance language appears.
  • This is the final woe.

THE PATTERN (Summarized)

1. Woe One — The Fire (1260) Willful sin → sacrifice ceases → fire begins → no separation → repentance still possible.

2. Woe Two — The Desolation (1290–1335) Abomination becomes public → delusion becomes doctrine → angels harvest → separation occurs.

3. Woe Three — Final Unbelief Desolation completes → hardened state → no repentance → cut off.
