🛡️ First Things First: The Fight of Faith
“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.” — Proverbs 25:2 “Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven…” — Matthew 13:10–11
📖 Daily Discipline
- Force yourself to read the Bible each day to some degree.
- Matthew 11:12 KJV: “The kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.”
🌿 What Is the Kingdom of God?
- Right standing with God, joy, and peace in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).
- Its absence leads to mental torment, referred to as Hell or the presence of the Devil and His Angels, Matt 25:41.
- Exposure to their Spiritual presence is the discipline for ungodly behavior.
- Christians are delivered into that Spiritual prison until they deny ungodliness, Matt 5:26, and Luke 12:59.
- This is the Grace of God teaching us to deny ungodliness, Titus 2:11-12.
✝️ Christianity Is Simple
- Jesus said: “Fight the good fight of faith” (1 Timothy 6:12; 2 Timothy 4:7).
- Faith is the conduit through which God teaches people to deny ungodly behavior and become acceptable to Him.
- As the Creator and Judge, He must remain true, and He will conform us to be like Him. We will be made to resemble His nature if we continue in faith.
- 2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
⚔️ The Battle of Armageddon
- The struggle to maintain faith in Jesus.
- Repeated throughout the Bible in different forms.
- All parables tell this story in a veiled way — discovered through 40 years of study.
- Romans 10:17: “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
- Contrary to popular belief, I find that the Bible teaches that non-existence is the end result of an unbelieving life.
- Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not “perish”, but have everlasting life.
- One important thing to understand is that unbelievers will never comprehend this. Throughout their lives, they will think that believers are caught up in a fantasy.
- They will spend their entire lives as unbelievers and eventually cease to exist, never having understood that they could have had life eternal, Matt 13:11-12.
🧠 Willful Hypnotism & Mind Renewal
- Every religion advocates the Bible and Jesus to some degree.
- Assume the Bible is right — God will prove it to you.
- This seems like willful hypnotism — and it is.
- As one determines to prove it, God confirms its truth.
- Our Minds are renewed by the word of God (Ephesians 5:26).
- 2 Corinthians 10:5: “Take every thought captive.”
🚪 Jesus Is the Way
- John 14:6: “I am the Way.”
- If it were not true, it would be unreasonable — but it is true and provable through persistence.
🔁 The Repeated Story
- The Bible tells the same story over and over:
- The Battle of Armageddon
- The Day of the Lord
- A person struggles to keep faith through divine discipline.
- God teaches them through circumstances to deny ungodliness (Titus 2:11–12).
🎯 The End/Goal of Life
- Matthew 24:3: This is the purpose — the End/Goal.
- It requires forceful people to take the kingdom of God.
- God allows us to fight evil spirits to hold on to faith and develop strength.
💪 Persist Through Temptation
- Resist depression and rebellion toward God.
- Over time, you realize it is all real.
- Jesus Christ is helping in the struggle to maintain faith.
- 2 Timothy 4:7: “Fight the good fight.”
🕊️ God Wants to Care for You Forever
- Do you want this enough to fight for it?
🏆 Faith Overcomes the World
- 1 John 5:4–5: “This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
- John 7:16–17: “My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me…”
- Jesus summarized these concepts with one sentence in Jn 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
📅 Final Encouragement
- Determine that whatever happens, you will read the Bible for a period of time each day.
- God will do the rest.
